During January 2016 my family and I moved up from Sydney to the beautiful South East Queensland suburb of Buderim. It was our plan for many years to leave the hustle and bustle of Sydney to better our lifestyle.

As a young man, I grew up playing junior rugby league in the Canterbury Bankstown (Bulldogs) district. I was fortunate enough to play in some of their representative squads (Harold Matthews, SG Ball and Jersey Flegg). I played a year with the U23’s Western Suburbs Magpies (now Wests Tigers).

I have always been proactive and interested in the human body’s ability to heal and the best manual practices to compliment it.

I personally know what it is like to have ongoing work related pain, sports injuries, post injury recovery issues, muscle soreness, flexibility and mobility concerns. In my personal search for muscular relief I started to receive regular remedial massages and found that massage was a great way to increase my body's ability to go about it's daily activities pain free.

In recent years, I decided I would like to help assist others which has lead me to study and become a Remedial Massage Therapist. I work with people of all ages requiring treatment for many reasons including: work related repetitive injuries, sports related injuries, general muscle soreness, relief of pain caused by incorrect posture and, of course, general relaxation.
